Q2: Do I need to inform you if there are any changes my details?
Yes. You can simply contact your agent or us (or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name, address and the policy number).
If there is a change of ownership of the business or move to a new address, you will have to fill in a new proposal form which can be downloaded from our website “Documents” page at /uk.mantostore.com/documents-commercial/.
Q3: Can I still cancel my policy once the cover started? Will I be refunded if I cancel my policy? Will I be charged for cancelling my policy?
If this cover does not meet your requirements, please return all your documents within 14 days of receipt. We will return any premium paid in full provided no claims have been made on the policy during that time. If after this time you wish to cancel the policy, you may do so at anytime subject to a charge being made for the period of cover. The Company may cancel by giving 7 days notice to your last known address.
